Vinyasa: Asanas that strengthen the body and focus your attention

Restorative: Deeply supportive and restful poses to help you relax

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and wear light layers. Blocks, straps, and blankets provided. A limited number of yoga mats are available to borrow.

For restorative classes, please also bring a pillow or bolster. I have 12 bolsters to share if you don’t have your own.

Please arrive ~10 minutes before class begins.
