Classes at 77 West Main Street, Hopkinton, MA, Upstairs

Class Types:

Vinyasa: Postures (asanas) that strengthen muscles, improve mobility, and focus your attention. Class moves at the pace of your breath.

Restorative: Deeply supportive and restful poses to help you relax. During a 60-minute class, rest in 6-8 postures with props and guided meditation.

Slow Flow: Focused on mobility, alignment, and stretching at a slower pace than traditional Vinyasa flow.

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and wear light layers. Blocks, straps, and blankets provided. A limited number of yoga mats are available to borrow. The room is heated to a comfortable ~72 degrees (not hot yoga)

Please arrive ~10 minutes before class begins.
