Molly Myers

Teaching Wednesdays Restorative at 10:30am

and Slow Flow at 12pm

Molly’s classes create a sense of lightness, allowing students to move at their own pace, feel supported in their practice, and have space to simply be.
She is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher who holds certifications in Restorative Yoga, Reiki, and Yoga Nidra, and has worked individually with students recovering from surgery, navigating cancer treatments, or simply seeking one-on-one instruction.

Over the last several years, Molly has studied Restorative Yoga, Yoga Anatomy, Yoga Philosophy, and Nonviolent Communication under Judith Hanson Lasater’s mentorship. These teachings have shaped her belief that intentional rest and movement is one of the most powerful ways to support health and well-being.

Emily Goddu

Teaching Wednesdays Vinyasa at 4pm and Slow Flow at 5:30pm

Emily is excited to share her yoga practice with the Black Door Yoga community. She began practicing yoga in middle school in Hopkinton, where she grew up taking classes alongside her mom. Since then, she has lived in New Hampshire and Texas, always keeping her yoga practice a consistent part of her life. Emily earned her teaching certification in 2020 from Life Moves Yoga in Harker Heights, TX, and has experience teaching vinyasa, power yoga, and slow flow classes.

Her classes offer a balanced blend of strength, stretch, and breath, with a focus on helping students reconnect to their bodies through mindful movement. She believes deeply in the calming and grounding effects of breath-centered practice. Outside of the studio, Emily is a realtor with RE/MAX Executive in Hopkinton. She is also a mom to a 2.5-year-old daughter and has a 9-year-old dog, Mila—you’ll often find them out walking around the neighborhood. She enjoys staying active and regularly attends Burn Boot Camp.

Emily looks forward to meeting you on the mat!

Kate Jillson

Teaching Vinyasa Yoga Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am

Kate found her way to Black Door Yoga after completing her 200-hour teacher training at Hot Power Yoga Center in Worcester, Massachusetts. With a Master of Science in Education from Simmons University, she brings both intention and insight to her teaching.

Her classes are rooted in mindful movement, steady pacing, and the connection between breath and body. She strives to create a welcoming space where students of all experience levels feel supported, encouraged, and empowered to move in ways that feel right for them.

Off the mat, Kate enjoys cooking, hiking, crocheting, gardening, and diving into creative projects. She loves spending time outdoors and making memories with her two children and dog, Finnegan.

Kirstie Dobbs

Teaching Vinyasa Yoga Mondays at 8am and 9:30am

Kirstie Dobbs is a certified yoga instructor, Reiki Master Teacher, and sound bath healer. She is the founder of Horse Girl Wellness, LLC, which blends horseback riding lessons, mindfulness practices, and life coaching to help young people and adults grow in confidence, overcome anxiety, and reach their goals in and out of the saddle. She enjoys hiking with her dogs, reading, cooking, and traveling.

Beth Kassap

Teaching Slow Flow on Mondays at 4pm

Beth is a RYT 500 yoga instructor with her 200-hour certification from Universal Power Yoga and her 300-hour training with Down Under School of Yoga, where she also completed the Art of Assisting training. Beth began her yoga practice with open curiosity and quickly found it a place to find peace in her busy life and mind. When she decided to pursue teacher training, Beth initially saw it as a way to deepen her own practice. The more she learned and grew, Beth recognized similarities between sharing her love of art through teaching public school students and sharing a love of yoga through teaching. In Beth’s slow flow classes, she invites students to move intentionally, pay attention to their breath, and reconnect with their bodies, all while building physical and mental strength. Beth aims to create a supportive environment where each student can move at their own pace, modify as needed, and honor how they feel. In that way, we learn how to take that experience of being comfortable with ourselves off the mat.
