FAQs
I’ve never practiced yoga before – are your classes beginner friendly?
Yes! I’ve had many students come to my class who have never practiced yoga before. When you sign up for class, you’ll answer a questiom as to how often you practice. If it’s your first class, I’ll check in with you when you arrive to introduce the style of yoga and share some reminders.
During class, I offer modifications and rest, so you can adapt the class to meet your needs.
What should I bring to class?
I have all props (yoga mats, blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters) available to borrow. Most students prefer to bring their own yoga mat.
Is the promotion applicable to both restorative and vinyasa classes?
Yes! During your 40 day period, you can attend any classes hosted by Black Door Yoga, at any location. This includes any classes taught at Haven Beauty or United Parish Church, in both restorative yoga and vinyasa yoga styles.
I have a coupon or punch card, can I use it with this promo?
No, the $40 for 40 days of yoga promotion cannot be combined with any other offer.
I referred a friend, but I have an active punch card, class pack, or gift card balance. What happens?
Your punch card and/or gift card balance will be paused during the 40 day promotion, the you can go back to the punch card, class pack, or gift card balance.
