- First Trimester: Gentle movement, grounding breathwork, and building a foundation of strength and stability
- Second Trimester: Functional mobility, posture support, and core work adapted for your growing belly
- Third Trimester: Hip opening, breath preparation for labor, and restorative practices to help you rest and restore

One of the most powerful things you can take from prenatal yoga into the delivery room is your breath. We weave intentional breathwork into every class to help you manage stress and anxiety, stay present in your body, and build the tools you’ll rely on most during labor. Whether it’s calming ujjayi breath or expansive diaphragmatic breathing, you’ll leave every class feeling more grounded and more prepared.
