Kirstie Dobbs is a certified yoga instructor, Reiki Master Teacher, and sound bath healer. She is the founder of Horse Girl Wellness, LLC, which blends horseback riding lessons, mindfulness practices, and life coaching to help young people and adults grow in confidence, overcome anxiety, and reach their goals in and out of the saddle. She enjoys hiking with her dogs, reading, cooking, and traveling.
